The Wollongong office is a long-established surveying practice in Wollongong. It is located in the Wollongong CBD. Staff are normally on duty within the office from 8:00am until 5pm. If unattended, please contact us by phone (1300 245427) or by email. Parking is available under the premises or on the street outside.

Our Expertise

Master’s Surveying began in Wollongong under the ownership of Allan Masters in November 1960 with its first project being a small conveyance identification survey in Corrimal. David Jollie took over the helm of the firm in 1982 and then in 2015, Masters merged with a Queensland firm that had offices in Brisbane and Central and Western Queensland.

The historical focus of the Wollongong office has been cadastral surveying within the building industry – however over the last 15 years, Masters have built renowned capabilities across many fields of surveying. Masters have successfully delivered large scale infrastructure projects and port projects for private and government clients together with project management capabilities and full delivery of land surveying for urban and rural projects.

Masters have been associated with many iconic projects in the area such as the Signature building, Langs Corner, The Innovation Campus and NSW Port Kembla projects. Masters Surveying also performs specialised comprehensive 3D detailed site surveys for designers to both private and government clients together with offering the full suite of surveying services for development applications.

Being located in an industrial city, Masters have performed various structural type surveys which can involve scanning of structures. The expertise doesn’t stop there, as our staff also perform many civil construction surveys for local contractors and government. This experienced team that is also developing the next generation of highly skilled surveyors, is led by Nathan Bampton.
