Masters Surveying has been providing diverse surveying services to the Australian Age of Dinosaurs Museum of Natural History in Winton, Queensland ever since the 1,400-hectare site started development in 2009.
The Museum has grown and expanded into an award-winning Natural History Museum, which houses the world’s largest collection of Australian dinosaur fossil.
The museum includes the most productive Fossil Preparation Laboratory in the Southern Hemisphere, a multi-award-winning Reception Centre and fossil Collection Room, and multiple attractions at Dinosaur Canyon, including the March of the Titanosaurs exhibition at Dinosaur Canyon. The most recent works were completed in May 2021.
Masters Surveying provided a suite of survey services, including pro-bono work, including:
- Building and road set out during each stage of expansion, including developing access
- Scanning fossils in their discovered location as well as reconfiguration
- Creation of lots and new road for the Jump Up site south-east of Winton
