Masters was engaged during the full lifecycle of this project including preliminary service location and underground service BIM modelling through to all aspects of construction, the latter requiring a comprehensive ADAC dataset to be supplied in accordance with Gold Coast City standards.

The site consisted of a four-storey tower and gallery building, extensive parking and landscaping, and a multitude of underground and above ground services that required ADAC capture. In this instance, we were also engaged by civil, electrical and landscape contractors who were responsible for compiling their own ADAC files and thus a staged delivery of data was required for GCCC review.

During the construction of this project Masters provided the following services:

• Survey of existing underground services in conjunction with service locators and creation of 3D BIM models for design of footings and structures
• Civil and structural survey setout for the duration of the project
• As constructed surveys of above and below ground assets, and production of compliant ADAC XML files to GCCC standards
